Join the Family Nature Club for the spring equinox at Camp Tuhsmeheta! This weekend event will offer recreational activities such as the climbing tower, ropes course, archery, hiking, forest investigations, cooking, campfires, and more! Roast a marshmallow or two, spend some time hiking, enjoy the company of family, and make new friends. This is a great opportunity for children who are Blind or Visually Impaired and their families to learn new skills in the pristine forest of Camp T.
Participants will engage in:
- Adaptive recreational skills
- Adaptive cooking skills
- Social skills
- Forest biology lessons

In addition to registering, attendees are required to fill out a camper information form packet for this event. Please download and complete the packet below, including as much information as you can for your entire group. Bring the completed packet with you on the day of the event.
Please note: A credit card payment is required to complete your registration and secure your slot for this event. MDE-LIO will issue refunds only for cancellations received no less than three business days prior to the event.
