From goalball to fine arts, Camp Tuhsmeheta will offer a variety of fun programs and camps for students who are Blind or Visually Impaired (BVI) and/or Deaf or Hard of Hearing (DHH) this spring and summer. Read on to learn about available programs.
BVI Programs
Goalball and Adaptive Sports Camp
Dates: March 15-17, 2024

It's time to shed the winter blues and get ready for sports! Come out to Camp T and join friends for fun on the goalball court, led by experienced athletes. Campers will also be introduced to new adaptive sports and exciting games while enjoying traditional camp food and fun.

Camp T Little Explorers Playgroups

Adventure awaits at Camp T! Bring your little explorers and enjoy some time at camp with music, movement, story time, and other fun educational activities. Parents/caregivers and preschool-aged students who are Blind or Visually Impaired (BVI) and/or Deaf or Hard of Hearing (DHH) will have an opportunity to connect with others in a fun, interactive way. Siblings are also invited to attend. Make new friends as we play, laugh, and learn together!
Outdoor Adventure Camp
Dates: June 23-26, 2024
Registration opens in late February 2024
This three-night camp is for students who will be entering grades 4-12 in the fall. The camp will include traditional camp fun and activities such as swimming, canoeing, hiking, archery, games, campfires, and more. Don’t miss out on making camp memories with friends!
Fine Arts Camp
Dates: July 17-20, 2024
Registration opens in March 2024
This three-night camp is for students who will be entering grades 6-12 in the fall. The camp will include art, set design, music, and theater activities, along with other fun-filled camp adventures!
DHH Program
DHH Summer Fun Camp
Date: June 8-9, 2024
Registration opens in March 2024
At this three-night camp, participants will have the opportunity to make crafts, swim, canoe, and shoot archery, all while forming new friendships.
