Description: This staff member will be responsible for ensuring the safe operations of the camp involving high-adventure activities and programming for camp groups. This staff member will also support the camp director to ensure safe operations and licensing requirements are met for Camp T. This position is classified as seasonal, which can be negotiated based on the season and amount of work needed at camp. The person in this position has the ability to work up to 11 months of the year when in-person events return. May through October are the camp’s busiest months, and the person in this role will be required to work 40 hours a week with the exception of approved leave time. Some weekend work and overnight stays with campers will be required.
