This fall, MDE-LIO will offer networking meetings for classroom teachers of students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing (DHH). These DHH classroom teacher connections will offer an opportunity for teachers to gain and share evidence-based practices and intervention tools for language acquisition as well as reading and writing instruction. Participants will also be able to network with others by sharing ideas, challenges, and solutions. Additional meeting dates are planned for the winter and spring. More details will be shared via our email list, so be sure to subscribe to the MDE-LIO email list for updates. Have a question? Email John Kirsh at [email protected]
