MDE-LIO would like to announce two new staff members, Sara Cruchelow and Pamela McGinister. Cruchelow is an education consultant for Blind/Visually Impaired (BVI). McGinister is MDE-LIO's new business manager.
Sara Cruchelow
Sara Cruchelow was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula and lived there until she completed her undergraduate degree at Northern Michigan University. Cruchelow earned her master's degree at Western Michigan University in teaching children with visual impairments and orientation and mobility for children. Before joining MDE-LIO, Cruchelow worked as a teacher consultant and orientation and mobility specialist at Van Buren Intermediate School District (ISD) for 10 years.
Pamela McGinister
Pamela McGinister has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration/project management. Before joining MDE-LIO, McGinister worked in government finance and management for more than 20 years. As the business manager, McGinister will manage business operations for MDE-LIO and Camp T.
