Have a book or device to return to MDE-LIO? Teachers may now set up a time to return borrowed materials between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. To set up an appointment, contact Sarah Oberlin at [email protected] (include "Returns" in the subject line) or 517-241-5732.
You can return:
- Braille and large-print books
- Assistive technology devices
- American Printing House for the Blind (APH) products
- Resource Library items
- Reading kits
- Budding Seedlings
- Character books
Mail Your Return
Teachers may also return items via mail. Please consider the following tips:
- Do not overfill boxes. Boxes that are too heavy are easily damaged during shipping.
- Be sure to include chargers, cords, parts, cases, and guidebooks.
- When returning an APH high-ticket item or Assistive Technology Loan Library equipment, email [email protected] to receive a prepaid UPS return label.
- Include a note if an item needs repair.
