The days are shorter, and a chill is in the air. It is time to think about what your family is going to do during the winter and early spring to avoid the shut-in blues. Camp T offers a ton of family fun, at a minimal cost, to bond together and make memories.

Camp T always looks forward to hosting many school groups, birding events, and monthly Family Nature Club events. We have added more events for campers who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) as well. The whole idea is to get outdoors, enjoy nature, and be active!

Although most of the family fun takes place outdoors, goalball is an indoor sport that is gaining popularity with students who are Blind/Visually Impaired. Camp T’s Oak Recreation Center is a great venue for introducing campers to goalball and helping them build athletic skills for playing the game. Several Paralympic and amateur goalball players are former Camp T campers and staff, and they have been thrilled to pass on the love of the sport to others. Likewise, campers have quickly embraced the sport, which uses their capabilities in a competitive environment. With a facility designed for goalball and the support of current players, Camp T is fostering future athletes and aspiring Paralympians!
