ChoiceBoard - Creator

ChoiceBoard Creator is an app for creating customizable choice boards for individuals with communication challenges. It reinforces correct choice by either playing a video reward or expanding the selected image and playing the customized auditory rewards. The app helps prepare users for more sophisticated communication devices via an easy, simple-to-use choice-making platform. Designed for iPad.

Adobe offers free eLearning examples to preview, download, and reuse. Adobe eLearning also offers free examples of projects such as games, drag and drop sorting, sort and drag, classification, web design, and example projects. Adobe also covers Section 508 accessibility compliance for eLearning.

Seesaw is a platform that encourages creativity, expression, and feedback. Students show learning and use built-in annotation tools to capture what they are learning in Seesaw’s digital portfolio. Teachers gain insights into students’ thinking and progress. Families connect to students’ learning  and can engage with school events.

Padlet

Padlet is a digital canvas on which users can create beautiful, easy-to-share projects. Features an online bulletin board to display information for any topic, with eight different layouts. Padlet works like an empty page; add a video, record an interview, snap a selfie, write your own text posts, and upload documents. Includes in-app purchases.

Dexteria - Fine Motor Skills

Dexteria turns your iOS device into a therapeutic tool that improves fine motor skills and handwriting readiness in children and adults. Helps build strength and control; increases coordination and motor control in hands and fingers; and automatically creates performance and usage reports that can be emailed. This app may be specifically useful with students who have functional vision.
