Michigan eLibrary (MeL)

The Michigan eLibrary provides Michigan residents with free access to full-text articles, full-text books, digital images, and other valuable research information online. The MEL also provides an easy-to-use interlibrary loan system that allows Michigan residents to borrow books and other library materials for free. Workshops are offered on assistive technology.

Learning Ally

Learning Ally serves K-12, college, and graduate students, veterans, and lifelong learners who cannot read standard print due to blindness, visual impairment, dyslexia, or other learning disabilities. LA has a collection of digitally recorded textbooks and literature. Downloadable and accessible on mainstream devices and assistive technology devices. App is free; other resources require a membership fee for individuals and schools.

NFB NEWSLINE®

NFB-NEWSLINE® is a free audio news service for anyone who is Blind, DeafBlind, has Low Vision, or has a print disability. It offers access to more than 500 publications, emergency weather alerts, job listings, and more. Access by phone, website, iOS app, Alexa,  and email.
